Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ivalua Solution Architect with strong Stakeholder Management capabilities to support our Philippines-based client. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimising end-to-end Procurement and Source-to-Pay solutions on the Ivalua platform, while serving as the primary technical and functional liaison between the client stakeholders and the delivery team.
This role demands deep Ivalua platform expertise, the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and the interpersonal agility to manage multi-level stakeholder relationships across geographies. The resource must be available and responsive during Philippines Standard Time (UTC +8) business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Ivalua Solution Architecture & Design
■ Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Ivalua platform solutions covering Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Invoicing modules.
■ Conduct detailed requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting workshops with client teams.
■ Design scalable, best-practice-aligned configurations tailored to the client's procurement processes, policies, and regulatory environment.
■ Prepare and maintain key solution documents including Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), Solution Architecture Diagrams, and Configuration Workbooks.
■ Ensure solution designs conform to Ivalua's standard methodology and the client's IT architecture and data governance standards.
- Platform Configuration & Implementation
■ Configure and deploy Ivalua modules in alignment with approved functional and technical design specifications.
■ Manage and oversee system integrations between Ivalua and client ERP/enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) via APIs, middleware, or file-based interfaces.
■ Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — develop test scenarios, support client testers, log and track defects to closure.
■ Lead data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
■ Support environment management across Development, QA, UAT, and Production instances.
■ Deliver post-go-live hypercare support and ensure smooth knowledge transition to the client's operations team.
■ Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders including Procurement Leads, IT Managers, Finance Controllers, and C-level executives.
■ Facilitate regular project status calls, steering committee presentations, and executive briefings — aligned to Philippines business hours.
■ Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain a structured RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.
■ Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders to drive satisfaction, adoption, and continued engagement.
■ Manage scope, change requests, and expectations with clarity and professionalism; draft Change Request (CR) documentation as required.
■ Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, integration specialists, and QA engineers.
- Governance, Reporting & Quality Assurance
■ Maintain comprehensive project governance documentation — project plans, RACI matrices, meeting minutes, and decision logs.
■ Deliver regular MIS reports, dashboards, and project health trackers to internal and client leadership.
■ Conduct periodic solution health checks, performance reviews, and configuration audits to ensure system integrity.
■ Enforce quality standards across all deliverables; conduct peer reviews for configuration, documentation, and test artefacts.
■ Ensure compliance with the client's data privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements (including Philippines-specific regulations where applicable).
■ Travel to the Philippines for short-duration on-site engagements as directed by the Client, for activities such as workshops, go-live support, executive reviews, or training.
■ All travel will be planned and coordinated in advance; travel expenses shall be reimbursed as per Company policy.
