Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines marketing responsibilities with general administrative support. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, support daily operations, and help ensure a positive experience for both internal teams and visiting clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Assist in the creation of content for digital and print marketing materials, including blog posts, emails, and brochures.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and results.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other external partners as needed.
• Greet and assist visitors to the facility, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
• Coordinate logistics for special events, including setup, materials, catering, and staffing as needed.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing basic reports and documentation.
• Arrange/assist in arranging travel and accommodations for customers and visitors as necessary. 
• Other tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong  written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or marketing platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and guests in a professional manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
