Role Overview Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead with expertise in Machine

Learning and Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will

possess a deep understanding of ML/AI technologies, excellent leadership abilities, and a

strong track record of delivering high quality solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will be

responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models, systems, setting

strategic direction & ensuring successful delivery of technological initiatives. This role

requires a leader with a deep understanding of technology, exceptional management skills & a track record of driving engineering excellence and innovation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into the team’s workflow.
• Build and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Define, maintain & collaborate cross functionally on product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and market needs.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in engineering, including Agile methodologies, code quality, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Architect and oversee the integration of ML/AI solutions into existing systems and
• platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best
• practices and coding standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the company’s technology strategy.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from tier 1 institution in Computer Science, Data Science,
• Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on ML/AI technologies & 2 years+ in a leadership or a management capacity.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model evaluation.
• Experience with popular ML frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their ML services.
• Familiarity with data engineering practices and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, first principles thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
