Housing & Homelessness Performance Analyst

We're looking for a proactive and highly motivated analyst to join Coventry City Council's Housing & Homelessness Service. Housing demand has increased in recent years, and this role is more vital than ever in helping the service meet its ambitious objectives. You will play a pivotal role in improving how we capture, analyse, and present data, ensuring that insights drive smarter decisions across services that support some of our most vulnerable residents. Working across key areas including Housing Options, Temporary Accommodation, and Rough Sleeping, you'll lead on performance reporting and data analysis using tools like Excel and Power BI. You will also help us improve our reporting systems by increasing automation, reducing manual processes, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the service.
