BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is a mid-level, full-time position. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in requirement gathering, data analysis, and user acceptance testing to help streamline our processes and enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in data analysis techniques to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights. Strong experience in requirement gathering to meet specific business needs effectively and efficiently. Expertise in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Solid understanding of user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure quality deliverables. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and project execution. Excellent communication skills to articulate business requirements to technical teams convincingly. Must have sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices. Problem-solving skills to identify business challenges and propose strategic solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans for execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimization. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Prepare comprehensive documentation of business processes, including BRD and FRD. Lead user acceptance testing efforts to validate that solutions meet business needs. Provide key insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. Coordinate with project managers and IT teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain strong communication with clients to meet their evolving business needs effectively.
