Responsible for promoting the success of the Player's Club, by assisting guests through the membership process, and explaining the benefits of membership.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) or equivalent experience. One to two years of guest relations experience preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must obtain and maintain Title 31 certification.  Must obtain and maintain Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit.  Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.  Must be familiar with, and able to operate computers, printers, and card punch machines.
