Responsibilities
Provide individual counseling sessions to clients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues.
Assess clients’ mental health conditions through interviews, observations, and psychological assessments.
Develop and implement treatment and therapy plans based on clients’ needs.
Help clients manage issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and work-related challenges.
Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
Conduct follow-up sessions and monitor client progress.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology.
- Relevant certification or license (if required).
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Empathy and ability to build trust with clients.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of counseling experience preferred (freshers with internship experience may also apply).
