Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for Court Work and Registration Work. The role involves preparing and filing legal documents, assisting in court-related proceedings, handling client registration processes, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the professional will communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless legal process while maintaining excellent service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Registration processes and related documentation
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Customer Service experience with a proactive and client-focused approach
- Background in or familiarity with Patient Registration workflows is a plus
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Chennai
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
