Business Analyst - Finance

We are seeking a Business Analyst, Finance to lead the development of financial data infrastructure, dashboards and reporting that enables the FP&A team and Executive team to make data-driven decisions. In this role, you will design and maintain dashboards in Looker, define and track new financial metrics and manage key data pipelines across systems such as Salesforce, Workday, TM1 and Greenhouse. You will also play a critical role in automating finance workflows, including processes for month-end close, and in building scalable reporting solutions to support executives and business partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation in analytics, reporting, and automation, who is eager to partner with Finance teams and deepen their understanding of financial concepts.
