About Us: IIT Madras has pioneered a series of flexible, non-campus Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees designed to democratize high-quality technical education. Building on the success of our flagship Data Science program, we have strategically expanded our ecosystem. We now offer four distinct Bachelor of Science (BS) programs - 1) Data Science and Applications, 2) Electronic Systems, 3) Aeronautics and Space Technology, and 4) Management and Data Science - each designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-demand industrial applications.
Hiring Teaching Instructors: We are now hiring Teaching Instructors for our BS in Management and Data Science to lead world-class live sessions and mentor a community of ambitious learners. Eligibility Criteria / Educational QualificationsCandidates must have completed one or more of the following qualifications: MTech, MBA, MCom, MSc (Economics), MA (Economics), MSc (Statistics), MS, or PhD.
Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from the IITs, IIMs, ISIs, or IIITs, and those with prior teaching or academic instructional experience.
Please Note
- This is a full time position. Selected candidates have to work from the IIT Madras office. Working hours will be Mon-Fri 9am to 6:30pm. Late evening and weekend online sessions will also be part of the role.
- Accommodation in Chennai has to be arranged by the candidate. Accommodation within the IIT Madras campus is not available.
- This is not a permanent job position either with the Central Government of India or IIT Madras.
