Role Description The Course Developer role at PharmaLeap is a part-time, remote opportunity. The Course Developer will design and develop industry-focused online courses in pharma analytics and related domains, working closely with subject matter experts to translate their knowledge into structured, engaging learning modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed curricula, storyboards, and lesson plans; drafting instructional content such as scripts, case studies, assessments, and exercises; and ensuring alignment with learning objectives and industry requirements. The role also includes recording the course as per the existing platforms & formats & guidelines shared by the leadership group. The Course Developer is expected to maintain quality standards, adhere to project timelines, and contribute ideas to enhance PharmaLeap’s overall course portfolio.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Course Development and Curriculum Development skills, with experience structuring end-to-end learning programs.
- Candidates should possess solid Instructional Design skills, including the ability to apply adult learning principles and create engaging, outcomes-driven content.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret industry trends, learner feedback, and performance data to refine course materials.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with domain experts, cross-functional teams, and presenting complex concepts clearly.
- Relevant experience in pharma, life sciences, or analytics education, with familiarity in topics such as pharma analytics, forecasting, or competitive intelligence.
- Proficiency in online learning tools or LMS platforms, and comfort working with digital content formats (slides, video scripts, quizzes, and assignments).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
