Skill Arbitrage is building a strong learning team for our remote-career upskilling programs. We’re looking for someone who has solid industry experience and genuinely enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping people grow in their careers.
- What you’ll doDeliver 5 live classes per week (English communication / language-focused training)
- Support learners with clear learning outcomes, practice, feedback, and accountability
- Coach students on confidence, clarity, interviews, workplace communication, and professional writing
- Track learner progress and contribute to course quality improvements
- Own learner satisfaction for your batch (NPS / feedback improvement)
- Who this role is forYou have 5+ years of professional experience (mandatory)
- You’re naturally patient, empathetic, and great at explaining concepts simply
- Your spoken and written English is excellent (non-negotiable)
- You can create structured training material: exercises, prompts, assignments, rubrics, examples
- You’re comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- You enjoy learning, reading, researching, and improving how you teach
- Ideal background (not compulsory)English Trainer / Soft Skills Coach / Corporate Trainer / Language Trainer
- Teaching certifications are a plus (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/B.Ed/M.Ed etc.), but not required if you’re strong
- Work setupRemote (WFH)
- Must be comfortable using time tracking software
- We love self-driven educators, including candidates from small towns
Compensation
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + incentives
