Job Summary
Reputed Courier Company is looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly Delivery Executives to handle courier and parcel deliveries safely and on time. The candidate will be responsible for pickup and delivery operations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels, documents, and shipments to customers within assigned routes.
- Collect shipments from customers for dispatch.
- Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures or OTP confirmation.
- Handle packages carefully and ensure safe transportation.
- Maintain daily delivery records and submit reports to supervisors.
- Follow company delivery schedules and operational guidelines.
- Maintain professional behavior and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse and hub teams for smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valid Driving License is preferred.
- Two-wheeler with proper documents is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of local routes and smartphone usage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
