Role Description
The psychologist-couple therapist role will provide specialized therapy for couples and families, addressing relational and interpersonal challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing evidence-based therapy techniques, and managing case files. The therapist will collaborate with colleagues for clinical supervision and contribute to the professional development of less-experienced practitioners. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, where the therapist will work closely with clients to support positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Psychology and Mental Health
- Experience or training in Family Therapy and addressing relationship dynamics
- Skills in Case Management, including maintaining client progress documentation
- Experience providing Clinical Supervision or willingness to grow in this area
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Licensure or certification in a relevant field is preferred and will be given preference but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work empathetically and build trust with diverse clients
