About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Program Manager at Coupa Software, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of strategic enterprise programs and initiatives that drive business value for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex programs on time and within budget. Your expertise in program management, stakeholder management, and effective communication will be critical in ensuring the seamless delivery of our solutions to our enterprise customers. Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic enterprise programs, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. - Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success. - Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively escalate to stakeholders as needed. - Monitor and report on program progress, key milestones, and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders. - Continuously improve program management processes and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior program managers to develop their skills and capabilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Project Management, or Computer Science. - 8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs. - Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present to and influence executive-level stakeholders. - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth software or technology environment is preferred. - PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
