🧩 Role: Coupa Consultant / Senior Coupa Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant to join an exciting global project and be part of a core Coupa practice team.
✅ Key Skills Required:
• 6+ years of overall industry experience with 4+ years in Coupa technology
• Coupa Certified Professional (Mandatory)
• Experience in at least 2 Coupa Implementation / Rollout projects
• Strong knowledge of Coupa Modules including CLM/CLMA
• Hands-on experience in S2P / P2P (Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay) processes
• Experience in Coupa integrations with ERP / Middleware / Third-party applications
• Expertise in configuration of Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, Expenses, etc.)
• Experience in L1/L2 Support, Hypercare, and ITIL-based support
• Strong understanding of procurement business processes
⭐ Good to Have:
• Project/customer management experience
• ERP integration exposure
• Experience in multi-vendor & onsite-offshore delivery models
📌 Role Responsibilities:
• Work as part of the Coupa core team supporting global operations
• Provide functional and technical guidance on complex issues
• Support implementation and rollout activities as needed
• Guide development/testing teams and review functional specifications
• Provide knowledge transition and user support
