Role Summary: Ensure smooth functioning of Coupa and related business processes in alignment with procurement policies. Manage configurations, integrations, and support activities while driving process efficiency across Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coupa Administration & Configuration
- Manage and update configurations (SIM forms, approval workflows, tolerances, PO templates, invoice presentation).
- Maintain solution design and configuration documentation.
- Review and support Coupa release upgrades with minimal business impact.
- Create and execute UAT test plans; manage defects and fixes.
- Administer Sandbox and Production environments.
- Integration Management
- Support integrations between Coupa, ERP, and middleware systems.
- Monitor and resolve integration failures (PO & Invoice).
- Manage master data through interfaces.
- Coordinate integration testing and understand API capabilities/limitations.
- Business Process & Support
- Optimize P2P processes leveraging Coupa features and releases.
- Provide functional guidance and best practices to business users.
- Handle L2/L3 support via ServiceNow; manage incidents and change requests.
- Deliver training and support to stakeholders, including Procurement and AP teams.
