Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, We are seeking an experienced Coupa Application Configuration Consultant with 6+ years of experience in procurement and spend management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Coupa configuration, business process analysis, procurement workflows, supplier enablement, and integration support. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to implement and optimize Coupa solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Coupa configuration solutions. Customize approval chains, forms, policies, workflows, notifications, and business rules within Coupa. Support Coupa implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors. Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Configure supplier onboarding and catalog management processes. Work on integrations between Coupa and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. Troubleshoot configuration and application-related issues. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, SOPs, and user training materials. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices. Support reporting and analytics requirements using Coupa reporting tools. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in Coupa Application Configuration and Support. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Hands-on experience in Coupa configuration and administration. Experience with Coupa modules: Procurement Invoicing Expense Management Supplier Management Sourcing & Contracts Knowledge of Coupa integrations using APIs, middleware, or flat files. Experience with ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle / Workday / NetSuite). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience in workflow configuration and approval matrix setup. Good understanding of SQL and reporting tools is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Coupa Certified Professional certification preferred. Experience in global procurement transformation projects. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Nice to Have Experience with Coupa Release Management. Knowledge of cXML, XML, APIs, and integration platforms. Experience in supplier enablement and catalog management. ITIL process knowledge is an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities Participate in requirement gathering workshops. Provide best practice recommendations for Coupa configurations. Support end users and resolve production incidents. Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements. Maintain application governance and configuration standards.
