Should be ready to work minimum 3-4 days from office (Hinjewadi, Pune).
- Additional Note: We can also consider candidates who are available to work partially for 3 to 4 hours per day.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Coupa Administrator to support and enhance the Coupa platform through effective ticket management, system administration, approvals, access controls, reporting, and integrations. The role requires strong ownership, timely communication, and the ability to resolve issues independently while adhering to operational governance.
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Own and manage Coupa support tickets end‑to‑end with mandatory 24‑hour updates.
- Administer Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, and User Management.
- Configure and support approval workflows and approval chains.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions (including elevated/admin access with approvals).
- Support reporting and data investigation (e.g., financial and transactional reports).
- Coordinate with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and external vendors when required.
- Ensure accurate ticket status classification and proper documentation.
Experience: 4–7 years
Focus:
- Own complex tickets including approvals, reporting, and integration issues.
- Lead production readiness, validations, and change deployments.
- Independently troubleshoot Coupa–ERP integration and data issues.
- Reduce dependency on vendors through internal solutioning.
- Resolve standard Coupa tickets and service requests.
- Perform user access provisioning, basic workflow updates, and configuration changes.
- Support lower‑environment testing and production deployments under guidance.
- Escalate complex issues with clear documentation.
- Act as SME for Coupa administration and governance.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and Coupa AI use cases.
- Define support standards, ticket governance, and best practices.
- Mentor L2/L3 admins and act as primary stakeholder interface.
Required Skills
- Hands‑on experience with Coupa administration and workflows.
- Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
- Experience with approval chains, access control, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations (NetSuite preferred).
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Strong communication, documentation, and ownership mindset.
