What You Bring:
Existing relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs within enterprise product
organizations in BFSI domain.
20+ years of large enterprise software sales experience building and scaling sales
team and leading regional revenue targets.
Demonstrated success in closing USD1M+ ACV enterprise deals.
Strong leadership skills with an ability to build and drive the sales function from
ground up.
What You Will Own:
Sales Strategy
Define and lead the overall sales strategy for India, aligned with the global
growth objectives.
Create a phased execution plan including hiring, pipeline building - first wins,
focusing on relationship led direct sales.
Revenue Ownership
Own the overall India revenue target and drive quarter-on-quarter growth.
Drive alignment across sales, product development, marketing, and customer
success teams to support revenue growth.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
Build, lead, and scale the India enterprise sales team from scratch.
Coach and mentor account executives on enterprise deal strategy, executive
engagement, and value-based selling.
Reinforce sales philosophy and enterprise selling methodology across the
team.
