Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES – Included but not limited to:
Leading & Culture
-Lead, train, and mentor dining staff to uphold high service and hospitality standards.
- Foster a positive and professional workplace culture aligned with Twenty20’s core values.
- Ensure the dining team demonstrates ownership, accountability, and integrity in all duties.
- Oversee daily dining operations including meal service, scheduling, and staffing coverage.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Assign duties and monitor performance to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Ensure menu presentation, dining room cleanliness, and resident satisfaction are consistently achieved.
- Manage, train, and develop a team of leaders and daily operations with accountability measures, including implementing policies, best practices, and common/general leadership fundamentals.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local health regulations.
- Maintain ServSafe and other required certifications.
- Oversee sanitation, food safety, and infection control practices.
- Support fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness procedures as required.
Resident & Customer Support
- Address resident and family concerns regarding dining services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with nursing and activities departments to support special events and resident needs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary.

Driver Responsibilities/Clean MVR Required:
-Meet general and specific Key Performance Indicators and associated industry or community metrics as leadership assigns and deems defining of success
