Job Summary
Join Stafio.ai and leverage your existing enterprise network to drive digital transformation in HR and workforce management. As a Sales Agent, you’ll identify and engage decision-makers like HR Directors and CIOs in high-growth markets—UK, Europe, South America, Africa, India, Australia, and New Zealand—introducing our AI-powered talent infrastructure platform to streamline hiring and operations. Your expertise in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting will help generate qualified leads, close deals, and collaborate with our team on tailored demonstrations, while earning attractive commissions on successful client acquisitions. Ideal candidates bring a proven track record in enterprise sales, strong relationships with digital transformation teams, and an entrepreneurial mindset to expand Stafio’s global footprint independently or alongside their current portfolio. Responsibilities
- Identify and establish connections with organizations actively exploring HR digitalization, workforce optimization, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.,Promote and introduce the Stafio.ai platform and its suite of services to prospective clients, highlighting its capabilities in AI-powered talent infrastructure and automation solutions.,Generate and qualify high-potential leads while actively supporting the sales process from initial engagement through to deal closure.,Collaborate closely with the Stafio.ai team to deliver tailored product demonstrations and facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients.,Serve as a regional partner to expand Stafio.ai’s market presence and penetration within your designated geographic focus area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales, SaaS, consulting, recruitment services, or digital transformation solutions,Enterprise Software Ecosystem Experience: Direct experience or professional network within organizations utilizing platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise software ecosystems,Established professional network with decision-makers including HR Directors, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, IT leaders, or digital transformation teams,Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results in a commission-based environment,Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage and convert enterprise clients,Regional expertise and existing network in one or more of the following target regions: UK & Europe, South America, Africa (Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa), India, Australia, or New Zealand
