Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success.
- Drive the sales and marketing strategy in South Asia, ensuring performance KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.
- Develop and execute local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure continued growth and competitiveness.
Qualification:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or client acquisition within the Forex or CFD industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity with a proven record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing regional or global teams.
- Strong understanding of brokerage business models, trading platforms, and the end-to-end client lifecycle within the Forex/CFD space.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational practices across South Asia and other major jurisdictions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience representing the company at industry conferences, expos, and executive-level meetings.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities in high-growth and dynamic business environments.
- Willing to travel as needed for partner engagement, team support, business meetings, and industry events.
