Objective of Hiring
- Drive entry into large poultry farms, integrators, hatcheries, feed mills, and procurement heads in Kazakhstan.
- Combine technical veterinary expertise with commercial acumen to generate significant business growth.
- Establish strong relationships with farm owners and decision-makers to convert trials into long-term sales.
Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:
- Entry into large poultry farms, integrators, hatcheries, feed mills, and procurement heads in Kazakhstan.
- Provide technical veterinary expertise in poultry health, biosecurity, productivity improvement, vaccination programs, and use of antibiotics/feed additives.
- Build and leverage strong industry relationships to secure meetings with farm owners and decision-makers.
- Convert technical trials into commercial sales.
- Manage distributors and ensure smooth execution of business development activities.
- Represent the company in Kazakhstan as a senior technical-commercial leader.
Education/Other requirements:
· Veterinary degree (DVM / MVSc or equivalent) with specialization in poultry.
Personal with English speaking will be preferred
· Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in technical sales with
Experience in handling techno-commercial responsibilities
- Medium level proficiency in speaking English besides Kazakh / Russian language
Experience Range (No. Of years):
· Experience: 12-20 years in Veterinary sales and promotion with 5-10 years of experience to selling to commercial farms.
· Background: Veterinary professional with senior-level exposure to large commercial farms/integrators.
