Lazito is looking for an experienced Country Manager – Export Sales to drive international business growth, develop distributor networks, and build long-term relationships with importers, retailers, HoReCa, QSR chains, and institutional buyers across assigned export markets.

💰 Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month + Attractive Country Performance Incentives
✈️ Travel: Domestic & International (as per company policy)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Own the complete sales performance for assigned export countries.
✅ Appoint and manage importers, distributors and strategic B2B partners.
✅ Develop annual country sales plans, revenue targets and growth strategies.
✅ Build relationships with retail, HoReCa, QSR, institutional and private-label buyers.
✅ Conduct international market visits, buyer meetings and product presentations.
✅ Negotiate commercial agreements, forecasts and payment terms.
✅ Coordinate regulatory, packaging and market-specific product requirements.
✅ Drive repeat business, collections and long-term distributor growth.
What We're Looking For
✔ Graduate (MBA / International Business preferred)
✔ 5–8 years of Export Sales experience.
✔ Mandatory experience in Frozen Foods such as Frozen Vegetables, Potato Products, Frozen Snacks, Ready-to-Eat Foods or Seafood.
✔ Proven track record of developing international markets and appointing distributors.
✔ Strong commercial negotiation, forecasting and cross-cultural communication skills.
✔ Willingness to travel internationally and build global customer relationships.
