<strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers</li>
<li>Supervise students in classrooms, halls, and playgrounds</li>
<li>Provide extra assistance to students with special needs</li>
<li>Observe students’ performance and record relevant data to assess progress</li>
<li>Teach social skills to students </li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>High School Diploma</li>
<li>Ability to pass a state and federal background check </li>
<li>A year of previous teaching assistant experience is preferred but not required </li>
<li>Organized and detail-oriented</li>
