Role Description The Country Business Partner – Germany / UAE (Equity + Profit Sharing) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for building and managing CosmosIQ.AI’s country-level business strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth in Germany and/or the UAE. The Country Business Partner will identify and engage with universities, colleges, education providers, lenders, and corporate partners, and lead end-to-end business development cycles from prospecting to closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include market mapping, pipeline creation, solution pitching, contract negotiation, and collaborating with product, academic, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, providing market feedback for product localization, and representing CosmosIQ.AI at events, conferences, and client meetings. This position offers equity and profit-sharing, aligned with country-level performance and long-term value creation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or country management, preferably in EdTech, education services, SaaS, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, market entry, and partnership development with universities, institutions, or corporate training partners.
- Ability to manage end-to-end deal cycles, including prospecting, solution consulting, proposals, negotiations, and account growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understanding of higher education, online learning, or EduFinance ecosystems in Germany and/or the UAE is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with data-driven decision-making, including pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership orientation, resilience, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, partnerships, and events as required.
