Job Title: Counter Sales Staff
Key Responsibilities & Duties
· Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide information about ingredients and special offers.
· Sales & Billing: Process transactions accurately using POS systems or manual billing (cash, card, UPI).
· Display & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and attractive counter display; replenish stocks regularly as per FIFO.
· Packing & Handling: Carefully pack delicate sweets and snacks.
· Inventory Control: Assist with inventory checks, manage product shelf life, and report low stock to managers.
· Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Communication: Good communication skills to interact politely with customers.
· Attitude: Polite, energetic, and active, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
· Hygiene: Strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
