Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experience at the store level. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with their requirements
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of stock at the counter
- Understand customer needs and guide them with suitable product options
- Achieve sales targets through product sales, up-selling, and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock tallying
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
- Focus on customer retention and repeat business
