Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Counter Sales position based in Mumbai. The Counter Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, promoting products and services, and maintaining a welcoming environment at the sales counter. Responsibilities also include answering customer inquiries, managing inventory at the counter level, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Additional duties may involve providing training to colleagues on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to enhance customer interactions and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to assist customers effectively and meet sales targets.
