Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counter Head located in Ranchi. The Counter Head will oversee day-to-day operations at the jewelry counter, manage a team of sales associates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include driving sales, ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining product displays, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The Counter Head will also participate in inventory management and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive customer experience
• Team management and leadership experience within a retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain product displays and inventory records
• Basic skills in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and familiarity with retail software
• Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and meet targets
