Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Counselors or Sales Executives in the Educational Industry, based in Kochi. The role involves providing education consultancy services, guiding students through university and visa application processes, and addressing their inquiries. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, delivering excellent client service, providing tailored recommendations, and assisting in achieving organizational sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospective students and clients
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and Customer Satisfaction strategies
- Excellent Organization Skills for managing multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a client-focused attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field and prior experience in education consultancy or related industries is an advantage
- Familiarity with international education processes and visa regulations is a plus
