We are seeking a "Go getter" who is passionate about talking to students and parents. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, India, as Counselor - International Education. Responsibilities include providing personalized counseling to students regarding international education opportunities and guiding them through the application and admission process for all major countries like USA, UK, Australia, Europe. The counselor will deliver exceptional customer service, address student inquiries, and ensure a seamless support experience from initial contact to enrollment. The role also involves collaborating with educational institutions in Pune and Maharashtra and deliver sessions and workshops on overseas education and company services
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with a solid understanding of international academic programs and admission processes.
- Candidates should possess proven Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners in choosing courses, institutions, and career pathways that match their goals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, with the ability to explain complex information in a simple, student-friendly manner.
- Relevant experience in international education, student advisory services, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with diverse student backgrounds are important.
- Proficiency with online platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software, along with the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously, is an advantage.
