Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Counselor in the EdTech sector with a competitive annual salary of 4.5 LPA. The Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding and advising students and parents on academic and career planning. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, understanding individual needs, providing suitable recommendations, and assisting with enrollment processes. The Counselor will also help address inquiries and concerns, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Expertise in counseling techniques, active listening, and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze educational and career needs to provide tailored guidance and accurate resources
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management abilities for handling multiple tasks and appointments
- Experience in using digital tools and CRM systems to manage client information
- A professional degree or relevant certification in counseling, psychology, or education is highly desirable
- A growth mindset and the ability to adapt to the dynamic EdTech environment
- Familiarity with the education sector or any prior experience in EdTech is an advantage
