Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor specializing in Aviation and Hotel Management courses, located in Jaipur. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting the right courses, providing advice on career options in the aviation and hospitality sectors, and addressing inquiries about programs. They will also assist students with the application process, maintain effective communication, and collaborate with team members to enhance enrollment activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to counsel students, understand their aspirations, and recommend suitable programs.
- Familiarity with the aviation and hotel management industries and related career opportunities.
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship-building.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of office tools and technology, including MS Office.
- Positive attitude, team collaboration ability, and a student-focused mindset.
- Experience in counseling or a similar role in education or related fields is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, and additional certifications in counseling or education are advantageous.
