- Minimum 1 year of experience in Outbound Tele Sales / Ed-Tech Calling
- Prior exposure as Academic Counsellor for PG Courses is mandatory
π― Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and result-driven Tele Sales Executives / Academic Counsellors to drive student enrolments and revenue growth in the Ed-Tech domain. This role involves lead generation, counselling prospective learners, closing enrollments, and building strong, long-term relationships with students and parents.
π Key Responsibilities
π Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and online research.
π€ Sales Presentation & Counselling
- Conduct effective counselling sessions, presentations, and demos to explain course offerings, features, and benefits clearly.
π€ Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents by understanding academic goals and recommending suitable programs.
πΌ Sales Negotiation & Closure
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close enrollments while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
π― Target & Revenue Achievement
- Achieve and exceed assigned enrollment and revenue targets consistently.
π Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate sales MIS, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management review.
π£ Customer Feedback & Improvement
- Capture student feedback and share insights to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
π Qualifications & Skills
π Education
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
πΌ Experience
- 1β2 years of sales experience, preferably in Ed-Tech / Academic Counselling.
π¨ Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with excellent convincing ability.
π° Negotiation Skills
- Confident in handling objections and closing deals effectively.
