Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at Lexicon MILE located in Pune City. The Admission Counsellor will provide information about various programs, guide prospective students through the admission process, and assist them in completing applications. Tasks include following up with potential students, addressing inquiries, organizing campus tours, and representing the institute at educational fairs and events. The role requires ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining a high level of professionalism to achieve enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Professional experience in counseling, customer service, or student engagement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Passion for student success and enthusiasm for education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in academic counseling or education sector is an advantage
