Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Counselor role located in New Delhi. The Counselor will provide academic and career guidance to prospective and current students. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing information about courses and programs, assisting with admissions, conducting informational sessions, and identifying student needs to support their educational and career paths. Collaboration with faculty and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional student experience is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and counseling skills to guide and advise students effectively
- Ability to conduct research and deliver presentations on programs and career opportunities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage inquiries, applications, and student records
- Problem-solving abilities to address students' concerns and create personalized solutions
- Proficiency in using modern communication tools, including email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with academic structures and processes; experience in admissions or education counseling is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
