Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor based in New Delhi. As a Counselor, you will provide guidance to prospective students, helping them select appropriate courses based on their career goals and skill levels. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, conducting consultations, creating a supportive environment, and assisting students with enrollment processes. You will also maintain student records, track course progress, and offer ongoing support to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective and enrolled students
- Strong organizational, time management, and administrative abilities
- Basic understanding of educational courses in finance, investment banking, and related domains
- Problem-solving skills to assist students in overcoming concerns and achieving their learning objectives
- Experience in consultative selling or counseling is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; familiarity with finance or education-related fields is an advantage
