Role Description
As a K1 Counsellor at Imarticus Learning, you will guide and support students through their educational journey by providing timely and relevant counseling services. Key responsibilities include conducting student guidance sessions, analyzing student queries, and helping individuals make informed decisions about their career paths. You will also maintain accurate documentation, assist in enrollment processes, and contribute to program development by offering student feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurla.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective student counseling and engagement
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address student concerns and provide tailored guidance
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of educational programs, career counseling, or previous experience in student advisory roles
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
- Familiarity with CRM and student management systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field
- Prior experience in education, training, or student counseling is an advantage
