🚀 We’re Hiring: Patient Counsellors Across South India
Be a part of a leading Fertility & Healthcare platform helping families grow.
📍 Locations: Bangalore, Mangalore, Chennai & Kerala
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
💰 Compensation: 4 - 5.5 LPA
Language Requirement:
Candidates must be fluent in English along with the local language of the applied location-
Kannada for Bangalore & Mangalore, Tamil for Chennai, and Malayalam for Kerala.
Your Role:
- Counsel patients & couples on fertility treatment plans, packages & pricing
- Drive OP-IP conversions and achieve monthly center targets
- Manage patient journey, follow-ups, and CRM documentation
- Support in patient testimonials and online reputation
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years experience in Patient Counselling / Healthcare Sales
- Strong communication in English + Regional Language
- Empathy, target orientation, and process adherence
- Passion to make a difference in patient lives
