Qualifications
- Strong counseling, guidance, or advisory skills with the ability to understand learner needs and provide objective recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear explanation of complex information, and culturally sensitive interaction.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, maintain accurate documentation, and meet admission timelines.
- Comfort with digital tools and e-learning platforms, including basic office software, online communication tools, and student information systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field; a master’s degree or formal counseling certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support services is preferred, especially within coaching, training, or e-learning environments.
- High ethical standards, respect for confidentiality, and a learner-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with a diverse internal team.
