Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role based in Hyderabad. The Counselor will guide prospective learners through education pathways, provide career counseling, evaluate student needs, and recommend training programs to bridge their skill gaps. The role involves building relationships with students, assisting in course selection, tracking progress, and providing ongoing mentorship to ensure their success in reaching career goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to assess educational or career goals and provide tailored counseling
- Proficiency in data recording, reporting, and organizing candidate information
- Experience with client engagement, mentoring, and delivering training-oriented guidance
- Problem-solving mindset, empathy, and ability to assist candidates in overcoming career challenges
- Prior experience in educational counseling, career guidance, or relevant roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field
