Role Description
We are hiring for a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process by understanding their educational and career aspirations. Daily responsibilities include providing personalized counseling, evaluating student needs, supporting applicants in comparing programs, explaining admission requirements, and clarifying program structures, fees, and eligibility criteria. The role also involves coordinating with universities and ensuring a smooth enrollment process without applying unnecessary pressure on candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders.
- Experience in customer service and the ability to provide empathetic and solution-oriented support.
- Sales skills to help guide prospective students through the application process and match them with suitable programs.
- Understanding of education systems and academic program offerings to provide accurate and reliable advice to students.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work on-site as part of a dynamic team.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in counseling, education, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with higher education admissions processes in India is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and database systems for documentation and tracking is advantageous.
