Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor, based in New Delhi. The Counselor will engage with students to provide guidance on academic, career, and personal challenges. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing workshops, handling admissions queries, and offering career advice. The role also involves collaborating with faculty and staff to support students' overall development and well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and empathy
- Ability to provide academic counseling and support with career guidance
- Skill in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making
- Experience in organizing workshops, seminars, or similar student-focused events
- Proficiency in using technology for scheduling, data management, and communication
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field
- Familiarity with challenges faced by students in an academic setting
- Prior experience in academic or career counseling is an advantage
