Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Counselor cum Admin Head who can manage student inquiries, drive enrollments, and oversee daily administrative operations of the center.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counseling & Admissions
Manage inbound leads and counsel walk-in student inquiries
Convert inquiries into enrollments
Follow up with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Ensure timely fee collection and maintain payment follow-ups
2. Lead & Database Management
Maintain and regularly update sales / inquiry database
Track lead status and report conversion metrics
3. Administration & Operations
Oversee general management of the center
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning
Coordinate with faculty and support staff/vendors
4. Academic Support Tasks
Prepare basic Word documents for tests and internal assessments
Upload learning videos on YouTube and internal learning apps
Upload quizzes on LMS software

Strong communication & convincing skills
Experience in education / coaching industry preferred
Good follow-up discipline and target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Docs and YouTube uploads
Organized, responsible, and proactive personality
