Compensation & Work Details
- Location: Noida (Onsite – Work from Office)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Salary Range: ₹4–6 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Role Overview
We are hiring a Career Counselor / Client Engagement Specialist to manage interactions with working professionals and corporate stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of client handling, program advisory, and training coordination.
You will play a key role in understanding client requirements, guiding participants, and ensuring smooth execution of training engagements, while also supporting program enrollments through a consultative approach.
This role is ideal for candidates currently working as:
- Career Counselors (in training institutes / EdTech)
- Training Coordinators / Program Managers
- Client Servicing / Account Management professionals
- Inside Sales Executives (with a consultative approach)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned corporate clients and program participants
- Understand training requirements and align learners with the right programs
- Manage end-to-end engagement: inquiry → counseling → onboarding → program coordination → post-training follow-up
- Coordinate with internal teams (trainers, operations, sales) to ensure smooth program delivery
- Build strong working relationships with clients and learners to ensure repeat engagement
- Handle queries, provide timely updates, and ensure a high-quality client experience
- Support enrollments through structured follow-ups and need-based guidance
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and program status in CRM/tools
- Capture feedback and identify opportunities for improving client experience and engagement
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in:
-Career Counseling (Training Institutes / EdTech)
-Training Coordination / L&D Operations
-Client Servicing / Account Management
-Inside Sales (consultative, non-aggressive roles)
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle professional/corporate conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional English (mandatory)
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
- A solution-oriented, relationship-first mindset
- Ability to balance client experience + business outcomes
- Good follow-up discipline and ownership
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA, HR, Marketing, Mass Communication preferred)
- Candidates from training institutes, EdTech, or service-based industries will be highly preferred
