We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Outreach Team as a Counsellor / Telecaller. The role focuses on building strong connections within the education ecosystem and driving student engagement.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Connect with schools, coaching institutes, and education consultants for outreach activities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding university programs and admissions
Generate and manage leads through calls, visits, and follow-ups
Organize and support seminars, career counselling sessions, and school visits
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and develop new networks
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Existing network in schools/coaching institutes will be an added advantage
Willingness to travel extensively (especially for outreach activities)
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
