We are looking for a dynamic and confident Counsellor cum Telecaller to join our team.
Job Role
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain basic lead and communication records
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team
Job Details
- Location: On-site
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Salary: ₹15,000 + Incentives
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour
- Experience in counselling/telecalling preferred
