Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor specializing in the aviation industry, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Counsellor will engage with prospective clients or students, provide guidance on aviation-related courses or programs, assist in understanding career opportunities in the aviation sector, and ensure a smooth onboarding or program enrollment process. The role requires maintaining detailed records, conducting consultations, offering expert advice, and fostering excellent client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively advise and interact with clients or students
- Knowledge of the aviation industry, including career pathways, training programs, or course structures
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, including record-keeping and client management
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide clients on education and career-related matters
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and techniques is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; educational background or certifications in aviation are advantageous
